Return Process:

To begin a return, please contact our customer care team within the stipulated period. A receipt order confirmation, or other documentation attesting to the purchase, can be needed.

– Our customer support representatives will walk you through the return procedure and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.

– Enclose the item safely in its original packing together with its attachments and paperwork. On the package, write the return authorization (RMA) number.

Return postage:

Customers bear the cost of return postage unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product or a mistake on our end.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and getting shipping insurance for costly items because we can guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exam and Cash Back:

Upon receiving your returned item, our staff will examine it to make sure it satisfies the requirements for returns.

– If the return is allowed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges.

– Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

To swap your item for a different model or variant, contact our customer care staff.

Exchanges of higher-value items can result in additional charges.
