Delivery Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan. Large appliances are delivered with care and can be paid for in cash when they arrive.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days after our team confirms the order by phone. Delivery to cities near our branches is often faster. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your city and are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. Free delivery offers, when available, are also applied automatically at checkout.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the details. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

When your order arrives

• Check that the packaging is sealed and undamaged before accepting the delivery.
• Check the model number against your order.
• If the box is visibly damaged, note it with the rider and contact us immediately.
