Warranty Policy
Every product sold by Appliances is a genuine Dawlance product and carries the official Dawlance manufacturer's warranty.
What the warranty covers
Warranty coverage, duration and terms are set by Dawlance and differ by product and model (for example, compressor and parts warranties can have different durations). The exact terms for your product are printed on the warranty card supplied with it and are listed on the product page wherever available.
How to claim warranty
- Keep your invoice and the warranty card safe — they are required for any claim.
- Contact the official Dawlance helpline or service centre, or message our team and we will help you register the complaint.
- A Dawlance-authorized technician will inspect the product and repair or replace parts as per warranty terms.
What is usually not covered
- Damage caused by voltage fluctuations without proper protection, physical damage, fire, water or misuse.
- Repairs or modifications by unauthorized persons.
- Consumable parts and cosmetic wear, unless stated otherwise on the warranty card.
- Installation done by unauthorized technicians where Dawlance requires authorized installation.
For complete and current terms, please always refer to the warranty card supplied with your product. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will guide you.
