Do you need a stabilizer?

Many modern refrigerators, especially inverter models, are designed to operate across a wide voltage range and may not need a separate stabilizer in areas with normal fluctuations. • Keep the doors closed during power cuts. A closed fridge stays cold for hours.

If power is out for a long time, check that frozen food still has ice crystals before refreezing, and discard perishable food that has warmed up. When in doubt, throw it out.
